‘Faking It’ season 2, episode 18 preview: More prom problems for Amy, Karma
Since when is prom ever non-eventful? Anyone who expects this to be just another ordinary day in the life of a high school student is always proven wrong. Something goes haywire, feelings get hurt, and you spend much of the rest of the school year trying to deal with what happened.
Going into next week’s new episode of “Faking It,” it is certainly possible that we see some of this happen after we witness a junior prom that goes completely haywire.
For starters, let’s turn to Amy, who made the decision to attend the event with Felix. In theory, this seems like a reasonably-nice, reasonably-innocent thing for her to do. Here is the problem: He’s into her on a level that is drastically different than how much she is into him. There are some feelings there, but she will have to analyze them alongside what her feelings are for Karma.
Speaking on which, Karma is going to continue with her “thrupple” romance with Shane and Wade, the man she is really interested in. He’s bisexual, and finds both of them attractive. We’re not sure how any good is going to come from this, or even when the son of therapists believes that something like this is really that great of an idea. Nonetheless it is happening, and we imagine that there will be a little bit of fun that comes from it.
Oh, and remember that Lauren has a story going on right now that could also endanger things with Theo. It is to be at least monitored.
