‘Criminal Minds’ season 11, episode 3 preview: Joe Mantegna directs Michael Irvin, more
After spending some of its episode Wednesday night over on the West Coast, “Criminal Minds” is heading west for the new episode airing on CBS in one week’s time. Specifically, we are talking here about the show moving towards Georgia for an episode entitled “‘Til Death Do Us Part.” Of course, this episode at first sounds extremely sweet … or at least it does until you are reminding that this is a murder story and bad things are probably happening.
If you haven’t seen the synopsis for this particular hour yet, check it out below! Let’s just say it confirms our fears:
“When brides-to-be in Savannah are killed on the eve of their nuptials, the BAU suspects a jilted UnSub is at work, on CRIMINAL MINDS, Wednesday, Oct. 14 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Series star Joe Mantegna directed the episode. Guest stars include NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin as himself, Ashley Fink (“Glee”) as florist Dana Seavers and Chicago radio personality Mancow Muller as a DJ.”
There’s clearly a lot to look forward to here depending on what you enjoy. For “Glee” fans, you’ve got Fink; meanwhile, Dallas Cowboy supporters should be happy to see Irvin. We’ve enjoyed Mantegna’s previous work as a director on this show, so that also adds a little bit of extra clout to the hour. It seems like you’ve got a particularly compelling (albeit shocking) case at the center of all this, and one that will challenge the BAU as they try to figure out what is really going on.
