‘How to Get Away with Murder’ season 2 spoilers: ‘It’s Called the Octopus’

The second season of “How to Get Away with Murder” is officially underway on ABC, and there are certainly quite a few things that we ended up learning over the course of the show’s first episode. For one, Annalise Keating may be in a near-death situation, and to go along with that, Bonnie is Rebecca’s killer.

We don’t quite have a sense just yet of how the Bonnie story is going to impact the rest of the season, we can tell you that the case of the siblings, which may be tied into Annalise’s bloody fate later this season, is going to continue to play a part on the show for many weeks. The third episode of season 2 (airing October 8) is entitled “It’s Called the Octopus,” and you can see the synopsis for it below:

“When Annalise takes on a new client, the team must investigate a very high end sex club to get answers.  Meanwhile, Annalise is still representing the siblings accused of killing their parents, but the case takes a turn for the worse when a new motive surfaces, and Wes teams up with an unexpected ally.”

This synopsis is yet another bit of evidence that this is a show that just doesn’t know how to lighten the load on Annalise. She is someone still dealing with a late husband, but now to go along with that she also has two separate cases she is working on. Given just how complicated she continually makes her life, there’s no doubting why she continues to find herself in tricky situations.
