‘How to Get Away with Murder’ season 2, episode 2 preview: Everything that lies ahead

Tonight, “How to Get Away with Murder” opened up its familiar can of crazy with its season 2 premiere, giving us everything from Rebecca’s killer to also the possibility of Annalise herself being killed in one of the big flash-forwards.

So where is the story going moving into next week? The title for the next episode is “She’s Dying,” and the immediate impulse that we have upon hearing something like that is “this can’t be good.” To be frank, it probably is not. Whether it is Keating or someone else, there’s going to be important people in danger as we deal more with the aftermath of tonight’s big reveal: Bonnie is Rebecca’s killer, and this puts her on an incredibly short leash.

Also, the synopsis below reveals that there is more coming in the case of the siblings who are being accused of killing a parent. We’ve already seen a key witness turn up dead, which in turn will throw a significantly larger amount of suspicion in their direction:

“Annalise and her team are blindsided when investigators try to pin a new charge on the wealthy siblings she’s been hired to represent. Meanwhile, things for Annalise become even more difficult when she’s brutally cross-examined on the witness stand during Nate’s preliminary hearing.”

Eve is also going to return in this episode after making a huge impression during the premiere, which is in turn going to have us hope for at least a little more insight when it comes to her background with Annalise. Judging from what we saw in the premiere, there is clearly quite a bit to explore.
