‘Dancing with the Stars 21’ results preview: Paula Deen, Gary Busey, Victor Espinoza still in danger
It’s not often that we are going to have two separate “Dancing with the Stars” eliminations in a single season, but this is where we are entering Tuesday night’s new episode of the show.
So who is in danger going into this show? It’s really a list of the same usual suspects that we saw on the show the first time around. Gary Busey is still far from the best dancer on the show, Paula Deen has a fan following that is extremely polarizing, and Victor Espinoza may not be famous enough to really handle the scores that he is getting. Kim Zolciak did post a pointed improvement from her first routine, but is this really enough to get her out of danger of being an early boot?
While we have a few nerves regarding some people like Alek Skarlatos who is not particularly well-known, we feel like the quality of the work so far is more than enough to pull him through. We still feel like Nick Carter is the favorite to win it all, even with a sluggish routine at times on Monday night’s performance show. Bindi Irwin is currently getting the best scores, but it is at the moment at least reasonably hard to gauge the size of her fan following. Are fans of her famed “Crocodile Hunter” father coming out for her?
We’ll of course be back tomorrow with more analysis on this, and also a review of the performances. It’s basically the same coverage that we do for any other episode of the show!
