‘Switched at Birth’ season 4, episode 15 video: Daphne lends a helping hand

We know that there will be a pretty wide array of drama coming up on Monday night’s new episode, and with that in mind, we do feel like this is at least a good moment to remind you of what Daphne, Bay, and Travis are doing in part in Mexico.

As the video gives away, Daphne is working with a man in Mexico in order to provide him with a new hearing aide, one that allows him to actually hear her saying his name to him. We imagine that in some way, this had to be a particularly tricky one to film given that you are dealing with American Sign Language, English, and Spanish all at the same time. Typically, shows only have one challenge that they have to take on, but this one is clearly a little bit different.

Eventually, we predict that some of the drama that comes on this trip will be more related to Bay and Travis, and of course some of the tension and awkwardness that was left behind by what happened to Bay and Emmett at the end of the first half of the season. This has been reasonably dormant as of late, and sooner or later we were bound to see it erupt.

Given that there are still some stories left to tell after this episode, we’re going to have at least some chance to deal with the aftermath.
