‘The Good Wife’ season 7 spoilers: First look at Jeffrey Dean Morgan!
The seventh season premiere of “The Good Wife” is going to be coming at you on CBS on Sunday, October 4, and while you already know that Alicia Florrick is beginning a new chapter of her life, one of the new photos that we have for you now may provide at least another hint or two about who she could be starting this chapter with: Jason Crouse.
Jason, played by “Supernatural” and “Extant” actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, is a special investigator who she may be relying on to a certain extent when it comes to her new firm. In turn, is it possible that a romantic bond is eventually forged? We would be fairly foolish to think that the temptation will not be there. While Alicia is married, we know that there’s nothing brewing between her and Peter anymore; meanwhile, Matthew Goode has exited the series already, and to go along with that, it’s possible that Jason could have an interest in her.
This photo (per TVLine) is from the second new episode of the season entitled “Innocents” airing on October 11. We like Jason’s look, and we hope that he is a noteworthy new addition to a show that is changing things up moving forward. After all, we’ve also got another notable addition in Cush Jumbo coming up, who will be playing a mysterious new role that will hopefully help to fill the void left by Kalinda’s exit.
We’ll have more “Good Wife” news leading up to the premiere, so be on the lookout!
