‘MasterChef’ season 7: Want to audition to be on the show next summer?
Tonight, “MasterChef” did come to a close on Fox, but you should be very well aware at the moment that this is far from the end of the series. The show has already been renewed for a seventh season, and you can expect to see it back on more than likely in either late May or early June.
Want to try out? This is something that is a pretty easy process to begin! If you head over here, you can really get all of the information that you could possibly need about joining Gordon Ramsay, Christina Tosi, and Graham Elliot in the competition. This includes how to attend an open call, what the process is, and if there are any specific things you should do. Obviously, being a great cook is a part of the equation, but so is also being able to narrate and be an energetic, fun personality on TV.
We figure that the show will cast throughout most of the fall, and then of course we’ll get a chance next summer to see the fruits of all of that labor. If there were a few changes we would suggest making, we would start with the following:
1. No more challenges that feel like “Hell’s Kitchen.”
2. Someone get a new person to make non-spoilery promos for the show. The ones this time around were pretty terrible in that department.
3. Try to not make Pressure Tests things that we have seen in so many past seasons. We need to have some creativity mixed in here somewhere, right? We can only hope.
