‘Scream Queens’ spoilers: Nasim Pedrad steals new Fox promo

There are a wide variety of reasons to enjoy the new Fox series “Scream Queens,” starting of course with the cast. You have the likes of Lea Michele, Jamie Lee Curtis, Emma Roberts, and then some great members of the guest cast like Ariana Grande and Nick Jonas.

One person we have not talked about too much just yet is Nasim Pedrad, and the new promo below really puts her front and center with some of the best, funniest lines. We of course knew that she is capable of delivering great lines thanks to “Saturday Night Live,” but her character here seems especially like a ton of fun. Her comparison between the sorority house in “Friends” is completely messed-up, but at the same time pretty perfect to what we have learned already about these characters.

Every week on this show, we are going to see more and more characters in danger from the mysterious Red Devil, who wears an incredibly cheap-looking costume and does some terrible things. At the moment, it appears that this is who we are meant to be worried about … and who we are going to be spending the majority of the season trying to identify. There will also be a pretty wide array of other surprises unveiled over the course of the next few weeks, so be on the lookout for some of those.

If you have not heard yet, “Scream Queens” is going to premiere on Tuesday, September 22 with a two-hour episode, and we expect the show to hit the ground running.
