‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ preview: Tension for Vicki Gunvalson, Briana in Oklahoma
There is so much in this particular “Real Housewives of Orange County” preview article that is going to sound familiar, and that is by and large because we are dealing with issues that should feel very rinse-and-repeat for this show like Vicki Gunvalson having conflict with her daughter Briana over Brooks Ayers. This has happened for years, and this time around a visit to Oklahoma is set to cause some problems.
Let’s start by sharing the synopsis for Monday’s episode below, mostly because that serves as a good jumping-off point for where we are about to go:
“The day after Tamra’s sex party, the ladies are still in disbelief over Vicki’s attack on Meghan. Meanwhile, Shannon’s kids cook up a plan to improve their parent’s troubled relationship. Tamra and Eddie’s date night turns sour when she comes clean about financially helping out her son. Plus, Vicki leaves the OC for a visit with Briana in Oklahoma, but underlying tensions about Brooks brings the trip to an explosive end.”
There are going to be several clear points of contention between Vicki and her daughter, but one of the primary ones here is going to be for the most part about how Briana is not comfortable around Brooks, but at the same time Vicki feels an enormous amount of responsibility because of Brooks’ cancer battle to not throw him out. Eventually things get to the point where the two really don’t want to discuss the matter on-camera any longer.
Given that we know that Vicki and Brooks are not actually together anymore, doesn’t that make matters just even more awkward than they already were?
Stay tuned, as we’ll hopefully have some more news to share on “The Real Housewives of Orange County” a little bit later in the weekend.
