‘Faking It’ season 2, episode 11 preview: What is Karma hiding from Amy?
We hope that early on Monday night on “Faking It,” MTV does at least something to pass along details on what happened on the first half of the season. It’s been a long time since those episodes aired, and the story at times got really complicated.
For Karma and Amy, we suppose that what you really should know right now is simply that the two are still in recovery from Amy’s bombshell about her and Liam hooking up after the wedding at the end of season 1. Karma was struggling to forgive Amy, and to go along with that, may also be struggling with some unexpected feelings based on that dream sequence that played out in the midseason finale.
So how is she processing these secrets now? Well, think along the lines of more secrets. This sneak peek gives you an introduction-of-sorts to the character of Felix, someone who Karma introduces to Amy as her new “gay best friend,” and is going to be working with her on her wardrobe. However, it is almost crystal clear that she is just making all this up off the top of her head, and Amy will probably be able to see right through it. It doesn’t seem like Felix is actually gay, and he’s doing something with Karma that she doesn’t want Amy to know about.
One thing that we can say about Felix for the time being is simply that you better get used to him. Parker Mack is going to be appearing in the majority of the second half of this season as the character.
