‘Chasing Life’ season 2, episode 9 preview: See a scene with Robbie Amell, Italia Ricci!

For those of you who were wondering when you were going to see Italia Ricci’s real-life fiance Robbie Amell on “Chasing Life,” the answer for you is below: On Monday night’s new episode! What makes this even more interesting is seeing just the sort of role that Robbie is going to play.

As the sneak-peek below makes it clear, Robbie is going to be playing some sort of ecstasy dealer who Ricci’s April, in a desperate state following the death of Leo, decides that she wants to get a ton of money to in return for just a couple of tablets. He didn’t want to sell at first, but he is quickly persuaded by all of the dollar signs. It’s a very different role than we’re used to from Amell, but this was a nice way to include him on the show even for just a small part.

Monday’s episode is entitled “Wild Thing” for a reason, and we feel like much of it is ultimately going to connect to the fact that April is still trying to figure out how she wants to put her life together and move forward … if she can. Succumbing to terrible things is just a part of her avoiding what the problem really is for now. Hopefully, by the end of this episode she will start to see a little more clearly, and be able to move forward into what will hopefully be some better things.
