‘Fear the Walking Dead’ episode 2 preview: Is something off with Artie?
The second episode of “Fear the Walking Dead” airs on AMC Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, and the sneak peek below is effective with one thing first and foremost: Reminding you that not everyone knows how handle chaos right away.
This sneak peek featuring Madison front and center alongside Tobias, who you may remember from the premiere as the guy who Madison thought was crazy for some of his theories about the end of the world. Not so crazy anymore, right? The two are now working to get some supplies, and are not exactly aware of the benefits of being quiet. Maybe discretion is not high on the priority list when you think that someone is going to be out to get you sooner rather than later.
By the time we make it to the end of this sneak peek, the concern is whether or not our guidance counselor has accidentally alerted an unwelcome presence to her actions: Principal Artie. If he’s still the same-old principal, maybe it’s not a big deal … but the look on her and Tobias’ faces at the end of this says otherwise.
Remember that one of the big struggles in the “Fear the Walking Dead” world right now is that the undead have not had too much time to decompose as of yet. They still look very much human, and they are also much harder to kill as a result of it. This is why even a small zombie population is troublesome.
