‘Beauty and the Beast’ season 3, episode 12 preview: Catherine’s father is the key

The penultimate episode of “Beauty and the Beast” season 3 airs on The CW Thursday night, and there is one question that really should be on your mind and the minds of many others at the moment: Is there a way to stop Liam once and for all?

As it turns out, there may be, and it could require being rather resourceful. Rather than killing the super-powered beast, the right course of action here may just be finding a way to use the research of Catherine’s father to figure out if his entire memory could be wiped. If he loses that beast within, then maybe he could then be at peace and none of these problems would continue to befall Cat, Vincent, or anyone else.

Of course, this is one of those easier-said-than-done missions for so many reasons, starting of course with the sole fact that Catherine’s father is in prison, and that is not exactly the ideal place in order for someone to lend a helping hand. Finding his research is going to be no easy task, and neither is getting Liam in a position where he can actually be transformed as a result.

Whatever happens here, just know that it will probably carry over in a huge way to the big season finale, which is going to be airing on September 10. (The show is taking a week off due to the upcoming Labor Day Weekend, so you’ll be waiting a while longer.)
