‘Bachelor in Paradise 2’ spoilers: Another Carly Waddell – Kirk DeWindt date and more

We have spent a ton of time discussing some of the drama related to “Bachelor in Paradise” as of late, doesn’t it feel like the right time to actually touch for a minute on a couple that is actually still together? Right now we’d say that Tanner Tolbert and Jade Roper are the most-stable couple on the series, but you have to at least give some consideration for Carly Waddell and Kirk DeWindt. We’ve questioned at times how Kirk feels about Carly, but the date below sounds like one that really could push the two to the next stage of their relationship:

“…As the cast begins to question the authenticity of a newly single Samantha, a disgruntled Joe pulls her aside and threatens to expose her lies in order to clear his name as the house villain. Escaping all the drama, Kirk surprises Carly with an impromptu fishing date where they discuss their future as a couple and take in a stunning sunset, leaving Carly convinced she has found her husband.”

Yes, we deliberately tried to ignore the whole Samantha / Joe stuff for a minute, since there’s really nothing that we find that interesting about them at this point. We get that they are the drama of the season, but it just seems to be the same storyline over and over again.

As we start to get near the end of “Bachelor in Paradise,” we are going to get more of an idea who is set to leave the show still together and who is going to split up. While we know that production wants an engagement, we’re not sure that we are going to get that just yet.
