‘Ink Master’ season 6, episode 10 preview: Can anyone beat Chris Blinston?
After watching the artists get beat up by the judges on tonight’s episode of “Ink Master” we aren’t sure how they are going to bounce back. Who knew that King Neptune was going to be the tattoo that brought everyone’s game into question the way that it did? Rough saturation and weird ideas about human anatomy ended up with 5 artists in the bottom this week and that included both Craig and Matt, which were Marisa and Dave’s targets. That coupled with Chris winning tattoo of the day and we are more convinced then ever that Chris is going to run away with this title unless one of the other artists can find a way to make a deep impression on the judges.
Next week we are going to see the artists working in groups again and this time they will be working with cars. At this point of the competition, many of the artists are tired, cranky and sick of doing group tasks. As a viewer, it can make for entertaining TV moments since we know that all they want to do is tattoo by themselves, but we get their frustration. They have had a lot of group challenges this season, but for something like creating art with cars, this is something that seems to require more manpower behind it to make it look cool.
The alliances are playing a huge part this season and will continue to do so next week as well. Now that Craig and Matt were sent into the bottom with Dave and Marisa’s skull pick (heavily influenced by Chris), they are ready to redeem themselves to the judges and fight back, but can they win the skull pick this week to even out the playing field? You gotta love an underdog story!
