‘Suits’ season 5, episode 10 (summer finale) spoilers: Can Louis, Jessica save the firm?
Every season of “Suits” does tend to build towards some sort of catastrophic event, and going into the summer finale next week, this particular catastrophe could be learning a thing or two about whether or not Louis Litt and Jessica Pearson can find a way to ultimately spare the firm the pain of a particularly-hostile takeover. We knew that Jack Soloff and Daniel Hardman were in cahoots, but with Forstman now coming after Harvey and complicating matters further, their mission to keep these nefarious foes at bay become even harder. It only feels like a comic book with many of the villains teaming up.
The synopsis below does not mention any specifics when it comes to the other major story coming (Mike Ross potentially coming to terms with his lies), but you have to think the wedding issues coupled with his conversations with Trevor, he could be considering making one of his biggest decisions to date. Take a look at the official synopsis for the episode, entitled “Faith,” below:
“With their backs against the wall, Jessica and Louis make a last-ditch effort to rally the support of the partners, as Daniel Hardman and Jack Soloff attempt a takeover of the firm. Meanwhile, Mike and Harvey must each face down the demons of their past in order to make potentially life-altering decisions.”
We imagine that after this episode airs, it will more than likely be early 2016 before the show returns. January is the best bet we can surmise off the top of our head using past seasons as evidence. Maybe some of this will carry over to there, but there are probably a few more wrinkles coming to the story that we don’t even know about just yet.
