‘Big Brother 17’ live feed spoilers: Does Becky know her fate?
We’re going to have the results of the Veto Ceremony not too far into the future in the “Big Brother 17” house, but before we come to that we do want to give you a taste of a couple of important things from last night.
First things first, it seems as though Becky is well aware now of the fact that she is the target, and even seems to accept her fate in the game for the time being. Does she still want to be there? Sure, and we imagine that she will try to campaign to some extent before we get to the end of the week. However, she realizes that she is great in competitions for the most part, and that she will have a good chance to return to the game. We still don’t think that this is a great strategy to have; for one, you don’t know 100% that someone will be returning to the game (Julie Chen hasn’t said that explicitly, even if it does seem that way), and even if you do you don’t know what the competition is going to be.
Then again, what else is there for Becky to do right now? Steve, Austin, and Julia want to keep John in the game, and since Liz is Head of Household, nothing else really matters and we’re not sure what she can say to sway these three to do something different.
John, meanwhile, told Becky that he wants to target Vanessa next week, and this is where we start to worry a little bit about his long-term odds. We understand that she’s the enemy of almost everyone in the house, but if neither Austin nor the twins go home next week, that means that they will constitute three of the seven players. At that point, you’re really just having to hope that someone wins Head of Household who will nominate the two of them, since otherwise they really control the vote. It is nuts, but is John’s best move trying to work with Vanessa and Steve at this point? Maybe it is since you really can’t trust Vanessa, but he’ll after to at least consider splitting up Austwins if he lands in power.
