‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’: Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe in another unfortunate incident

Let’s make one thing pretty clear here: If you are Joe Giudice, now does not feel like the right time for you to be getting into some hot water with the law. Your wife and “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa is in the middle of a prison sentence for a fraud case, and the moment that she is released, you have to prepare to enter jail yourself for an even longer sentence. Why would you want to run the risk of more trouble?

It’s a good question, and it brings us to a new report. According to TMZ, the police eventually showed up over a tense argument at Joe’s beach house, where a neighbor allegedly heard him yelling at his daughter Gia. The neighbor then approached the house, and then things started to escalate.

The good news for Joe (if there is any good news) is that the police did not arrest him, and it doesn’t appear like any charges are going to be filed. Still, if we were him at this point we’d be trying as hard as possible to live under a rock. The last thing that he wants to risk is another incident that makes his current legal situation worse.

As for when you could see the Giudice family on TV again, the only information we can offer right now is that there will be at least a special all about the group at some point over the months ahead.
