We’ve bemoaned in various articles as of late some of the bizarre scheduling decisions on the part of NBC, and we ultimately feel like for no better example of this, you really do not have to look too much further than some of that they have decided to do with “Aquarius.”
So is the show airing tonight on the network? The short answer to that is of course “no,” and there is a pretty easy explanation as to why that is: There is gymnastics coverage airing on NBC, and the season 1 finale is being pushed back for a week’s time.
We are definitely sure that there are some out there who probably feel a little bit annoyed by this news, but at the same time, we really do not envision too many people with NBC caring that much over it for one simple reason: The show’s already available online! If you are desperate enough to watch it, you can see it that way … though we know that there are some out there who do enjoy more of the ritual of watching some of the their programming more or less whenever they want to.
We are still more than curious as to how this show decides to end this season, and for a wide array of reasons … with of course one of the most important ones being that it has already been renewed for a second season. We’re still curious as to how that will work and when it will air, since the ratings on Saturdays have not exactly been great.
