‘Pretty Little Liars’ summer finale video: Lucy Hale, cast promise big shock

Obviously, “Pretty Little Liars” knows that some fans feel like they’ve been duped over time into thinking that we are about to get a big reveal when it comes to “A,” only to get something that leaves you with more questions.

This is probably why ABC Family continues to post videos making sure you know that a big “A” reveal is in fact coming! The video below features Lucy Hale, Tyler Blackburn, Sasha Pieterse, and many of the other casts making it clear that you are going to learn the villain’s true identity and understand their story by the end of “Game Over, Charles.” We still have no idea how this is going to happen over the course of just a single hour, but we’ll go with it for now. The show is really taking a big leap in hoping that this lives up to expectations. You know if it doesn’t that this is something we’ll be hearing about for a really long time.

We wouldn’t say that in terms of the content here, there’s nothing superficially that comes as a shock. It’s just a smart way to convince you to watch live since Twitter will probably spoil it for you.

Before we sign off on this particular article, we should go ahead and point something not-so-superficial out here that we somehow never noticed until almost the end of this video: “It’s no lie” is actually an anagram for “it is Noel.” That has to be something, right? Well … probably not. There are so many anagram clues out there on this show that you cannot buy into them all. It’s probably just a fun coincidence / something generated specifically for us to go crazy.
