‘Galavant’ season 2 spoilers: John Stamos to return as Jean Hamm
For all of those wanting some glorious “Galavant” news, know this: You’re at least going to be getting more of Ser Jean Hamm.
While at TCA this week show executive producer Dan Fogelman (per the tweet HERE) made it clear that John Stamos will get at least one more appearance in on the show. Given the actor’s schedule right now, which includes the new comedy “Grandfathered” and also his executive-producer duties on “Fuller House,” it’s amazing that he even has the time.
There were many wonderful things about the first season of “Galavant,” with one of the biggest ones being the great array of funny guest stars that they assembled, including Stamos, Weird Al Jankovic, Ricky Gervais, and Hugh Bonneville. Hopefully this is just the beginning of many great announcements for this show, which ended season 1 with the title character in a precarious position and his former love Madalena becoming more power-hungry than ever.
While there has not been anything necessarily confirmed yet about the season 2 premiere date for the show, if we had to guess right now we’d probably say that the likely scenario here is that the show will air again in January as a fill-in for “Once Upon a Time.” While the ratings weren’t amazing, hopefully some more viewers out there will discover how much fun the show is and want to give it a shot. This is one of the few shows out there we could legitimately watch many times over and never get bored.
