‘Ray Donovan’ season 3, episode 4 preview: Ray questions Varick

So far through a few episodes of “Ray Donovan” season 3, Katie Holmes’ character of Paige Finney has established herself as someone worth watching. She’s very smart, and you can tell that there is more going on with her than what we have seen so far. Her wanting to work with Ray at points also should raise eyebrows. Why wouldn’t it?

In the sneak peek below, you have a scene featuring Ray and Varick as the former tries to figure out a little bit more information regarding what is really going on, and what Varick’s connection now to the Finneys truly is. He gets some sort of answer at the end of the video … but we’re not entirely sure just yet that this is one that he will be entirely happy with when the dust settles.

If we were to try and describe this storyline right now as one thing, it is “a process.” Ray is starting to get some of the information he wants about the Finney organization, and then he will eventually use that in order to figure out just what he wants to do next. By the time we get to the end of this season, he’ll probably be going a hundred miles an hour trying to find a way to secure himself a place of power and taking down anyone in his way.

This episode airs on Showtime Sunday night. You better believe that if you come back after it airs, we are going to have much more in the way of news to discuss.
