‘Downton Abbey’ season 6: Michelle Dockery toasts crew in photo series as filming ends
One of the reasons why this show is so beloved is that everything is firing constantly on all cylinders. By this we mean more than just the cast, but also the camera operators, the sound guys, and the assorted crew members who ensure that everything is seen and heard properly. Dockery decided recently to give faces to some of these people in a series of fun Instagram portraits. They show off some personality, and it is ultimately nice to see the great bond that exists between cast and crew.
The final season of “Downton Abbey” is wrapping for a premiere on British network ITV later this summer / early fall, with it premiering more than likely on PBS in America early January. There are not necessarily a plethora of details out there in terms of what to expect, but we know that the series is ending before we get anywhere close to World War II and we will hopefully get a chance to envision the future for Dockery’s Lady Mary and others. Hopefully, this means more of Matthew Goode along the way.
Since we mentioned the Bampton party earlier, we suggest you head over here to read more about it!
