‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Kandi Burruss, husband Todd Tucker expecting!

In a new statement to E! News, series star Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker, who she first met when he was working on the Bravo series, are expecting their first child together. Here is what they had to say in a short statement: “We’re so thrilled to announce the news of our bundle of joy, it’s a dream come true!” Kandi has a daughter in Riley from a previous relationship, which Tucker is the father of a daughter named Kaela. We had heard the two speak previously about wanting to become parents together, so we’re happy for them that they can now actually celebrate this news in a big way!

We also anticipate that this will become a new storyline on the Bravo series when it premieres, which is most likely going to be at some point later this year. We imagine that there will be some ups and downs throughout the process (there always is), but we imagine that these two are going to be happy and excited in the end to welcome this new addition to their family.

With NeNe Leakes gone from the series, Kandi is now the longest-tenured housewife on the “Atlanta” version of the show. There are still questions as to who will be on the next season of the show, but we figure there will be time for those announcements to be made.
