‘The 100’ season 3 spoilers: Looking at premiere title ‘Wanheda’

If you find yourself feeling particularly curious about the start of “The 100” season 3, we have some news that is hopefully going to make the impossible wait between seasons a little easier: The premiere title! There are two things to note from the image HERE, which was shown on Twitter by series star Isaiah Washington.

1. The fact that this is a two-parter. We’re always happy to see some sort of longer story with this show in particular. We feel like the format here suits it well, since science fiction has so much mythology that is fun to explore over a period of time.

2. Trying to figure out what in the world “wanheda” means. We’ve heard a variety of different theories out there, with many of them having to do with the word “commander.” We figure that in one way or another, Lexa is going to be in the spotlight in the aftermath of what happened during the second season.

Filming for this season is going to be taking place throughout the late summer and the fall, and hopefully at some point before the end of the year we will learn that season 3 is coming on. In the aftermath of Mount Weather there are many things to focus on for the third season, whether it be new leadership or dealing with some of the choices of the past.

Also, look at the fact that showrunner Jason Rothenberg is writing this premiere. Anytime that you see his name in the middle of a script, know that it is probably going to be a big one.
