‘Wayward Pines’ episode 10 (finale) spoilers: Is Pilcher ready to destroy the town?
You’ve waited for the conclusion of “Wayward Pines” for weeks, and come next Thursday it will finally be here on Fox. Expected a shocking episode filled with twists and turns, and we know that personally, one of the most appealing parts of this story right now is not knowing just where this is going to go next (at least other than those familiar with the source material).
Based on some of the first details that we have on the finale, it seems like much of the focus is going to be on a quest for survival at just about any cost. Want to know more? Then take a look at the attached synopsis:
“After Pilcher decides to turn off the electricity in Wayward Pines–with deadly repercussions–Ethan and Kate take the initiative to make sure everyone is out of harm’s way. Meanwhile, Nurse Pam confronts Pilcher on his decision and tries to convince him to reconsider, Ethan and Kate plan for an attack and the first generation tries to protect the future of Wayward Pines by taking matters into their own hands.”
The promo below definitely makes it look like we are in for a really action-packed hour, and at the moment there is no reason to think otherwise. The fate of the entire town could rest in the hands of what happens here, and expect some sort of firm conclusion. It’s possible the show continues in some form, but we know that it is going to have an ending that works as a series finale.

why pilcher recieves phone calls from 2014…..why he can be stood as his older self in 2014 talking to an agent… (remember it showed he awoke from cryo much younger and with longer hair)….how cars, fuel, resources are abundant and can last 2000 years…without rusting, evaporating, degrading..why the date is EXACTLY double ethans origin date…..(linear bridge time tunnel? hoping so).
when group A destroyed the town….where did the resources come from to rebuild it all so perfectly and new?
if time travel isnt involved i cant see any possible way the ending can make sense.. is this going to be lost and matrix all over again?
