‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 7 spoilers: ‘Falling Skies’ alum, more sign up

With Nina Dobrev no longer a part of “The Vampire Diaries,” it definitely feels at the moment like the show is really starting to stockpile some more female guest stars! It is really hard to feel any other way afterseeing that there are three new people securing potentially-large roles on The CW’s supernatural drama.

As first posted by The Hollywood Reporter, the following three actress have been cast in various parts. Early indications suggest that all of them, in one way or another, could end up becoming villains to some of the good guys.

Elizabeth Blackmore – The “Legend of the Seeker” alum will play Valerie, one of Lily’s heretics and a woman who could end up changing life in Mystic Falls in a big way. She’s not particularly fond of the town, and she is known to be rather dangerous.

Scarlett Byrne – Meanwhile, the “Falling Skies” actress is Nora, a “sly” heretic who could have a knack for sarcasm.

Teressa Liane – Finally, the “Neighbours” alum is Mary Louise, a heretic with a very sharp perspective who will be more than ready to share it any any given moment. She is in a romantic relationship with Nora, which means that these two are the lesbian couple that had been teased in previous notices.

The new season of “The Vampire Diaries” will air on The CW come October 8, and given the timing of some of these castings, we imagine that we will be seeing these ladies pretty early on in the season.
