Tina Fey, Amy Poehler do ‘True Confessions’ with Jimmy Fallon

There are a variety of entertaining games that we have seen over time now on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” but to us clearly the one that is entertaining us more than any other we’ve seen him do in a while: “True Confessions.”

The premise here is simple: He gets together with a couple of people and tries to learn a few interesting things about their lives … maybe. The issue here is trying to figure out whether or not they are lying. There is a part of this that feels very much reminiscent of the classic game show “To Tell the Truth,” and it is immensely funnier when you get two people like Tina Fey and Amy Poehler involved. Of course, part of the humor comes here knowing the history that these three have together, but then you add to this the sheer absurdity of everything going on. If you like them, you’re going to laugh hard.

Without giving everything away, this video includes everything from Tina supposedly having quite a crazy experience in Monaco to Fallon possibly being robbed in terrifying fashion when he was younger.

One part of this video that’s even crazier to think about is that it helped to make us forget that before this week, most of the headlines about Jimmy were about that crazy hand injury he suffered that got him sent to the hospital right before the start of his vacation. That had to be a rough way to spend some of that time off!
