‘Wayward Pines’ episode 9 preview: All falls apart as finale nears
So far, the story on “Wayward Pines” has been twisted, complicated, dangerous, emotional, and many other adjectives that we cannot describe at this very moment. We’ve seen violence, action, despair, and so much more over the course of the season. Basically, we imagine that this story is going to completely erupt over these final two episodes. Remember here that we’ve been promised a definitive ending.
Next week on “A Reckoning,” it looks like the entire town is on the cusp of completely coming to shreds. The Plot 33 mystery will thicken (apologies for obvious pun), and we’re also going to get a chance to learn a thing or two more in regards to what happens to Ben and what he knows. Take a look at the attached synopsis for further details:
“After Harold attempts to break past the fence surrounding Wayward Pines, Ethan interrogates him about other insurgents who have gone off the grid. Meanwhile, Amy’s (guest star Sarah Jeffery) health takes a turn for the worse, Nurse Pam encourages Theresa to investigate Plot 33, Ben’s teacher, Megan Fisher (guest star Hope Davis), advises Ben to speak publicly about the current events effecting Wayward Pines and Ethan reveals the truth about the town to the residents.”
We wouldn’t be surprised if someone does in this upcoming episode, with Ethan obviously being in the most danger. Yet, at the same time, isn’t he the hero? You have to think something is going to give one way or another here before we make the end.
