‘Mistresses’ season 3 spoilers: How could Joss and Calista team up next?

If there is one thing that we have learned about the third season of “Mistresses,” it is that newcomer Calista has a complicated relationship with Luca. She’s seen his philandering ways already, but yet she is caught in a spiral of just watching the same sort of things happen time and time again. It may take a little bit of help from one of her friends in order to find herself completely out of this situation.

You are going to see more specifically of what is going to happen to her on the upcoming July 23 episode “The Best Laid Plans,” and if you look below, you can get some other news on what to expect via the official ABC synopsis:

“Harry deals with the consequences [of a surprising action], but it surprisingly leads to a new exciting venture in his career. Karen reaches uncharted territory in her new relationship while Vivian is out of town. April struggles to overcome issues from the past when her mother, Marjorie, comes to visit. Joss and Calista plot a takedown of Luca, ultimately ending with Joss in way over her head.”

We’ve kept some of the info from the Harry storyline secret for now, mostly because there is some big stuff in there that will spoil some other upcoming events. We will discuss more of that in the near future. As for Karen and Vivian, we’re definitely intrigued by what happens with Vivian gone when you have to think a little bit about the feelings that she has already expressed. Those will play a big role in Thursday’s episode.
