‘Chasing Life’ season 2, episode 1 preview: April reveals some big news to Dom

The season 2 premiere of “Chasing Life” is coming to ABC Family on Monday night, and the relationship drama side of the show will take almost no time at all to rear its head.

Specifically, we are talking about the new sneak peek below, which starts out pleasant and sweet enough as we see Leo and April talking a little bit about their future, and about how she is recovery from chemotherapy in the hospital. The two are now engaged, and she jokes with him about there being “no takebacks” now because of her present situation.

Then, Dom enters the picture! He turns up with a teddy bear in hand, ready to give her some sort of comfort, as well. What he does not know is that she is getting set to marry someone else, and you can certainly sense the sudden awkwardness and tension here. Dom comes up with a reason to leave and does just that, but we know that this is going to be far from over. Feelings do not just go away in a blink of an eye, so we anticipate them coming back at some point either in the premiere or after. If you’ve seen some of the promotional promos for the new season, you may already have an idea or two as to what we are talking about specifically.

By the time the premiere ends, you should know a little more about where everyone stands. Also, after that we’ll have a good preview for everything that is coming up beyond this episode.
