‘The Flash’ season 2 spoilers: Barry Allen’s next move teased in new synopsis
Where in the world is the story on “The Flash” set to go from here? It’s an ambiguous question but something that you are clearly meant to wonder, judging from the new synopsis for the second season released by The CW. Granted, this is really not so much a synopsis for the season as it is the premiere, but you more or less get our drift. This is the first real sense we’ve had plot-wise as where the story is going to go next:
“Following the defeat of Barry Allen’s arch-nemesis Eobard Thawne (aka Reverse Flash), Team Flash quickly turned their attention to the singularity swirling high above Central City, which fans last saw consuming everything in its path. Armed with the heart of a hero and the ability to move at super speeds, Barry charged into the eye of the singularity, but will he actually be able to save his city from impending doom?”
The great news upon reading this is knowing that the show is most likely not just going to gloss over what is happening with this singularity. Barry will have to make some tough decisions, and some of the ones that he makes could alter the entire course of history. Just remember that within there he saw Killer Frost, and we are curious to see what is going to happen to Ronnie Raymond, given that we’ve only seen Martin Stein so far in trailers for “Legends of Tomorrow.”
The premiere is not until Tuesday, October 6, but with filming and Comic-Con soon, we imagine that we’re going to have quite a bit to discuss!
