‘Extant’ season 2, episode 2 preview: What lies ahead for Halle Berry, cast?

Tonight on CBS, the season 2 premiere of “Extant” first came on the air … and we imagine that many people as a result of all of this started to feel somewhat strange. Why? This was barely even the same show that you saw in the first season, other than the fact that you had a few cast members including Halle Berry still around.

So will this new flavor for the series continue? It definitely seems like it, at least courtesy of some of the information that we have for the next installment of the show. The title for this one is “Morphoses,” and if you want to get some information most on the story and the guest stars, you can take a look at the synopsis below:

“Molly and JD discover another pregnant woman suffering from inexplicable and fatal symptoms, while Molly begins to question her own mental stability. Meanwhile, Julie struggles with Ethan’s rebellion, on EXTANT, Wednesday, July 8 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. David Morrissey recurs as General Tobias Shepherd, the respected head of the Global Security Commission. Kiersey Clemons recurs as Lucy, Ethan’s Humanich, who, like him, is an entirely lifelike robot.”

One of the things that we are going to be very curious about going into this episode is whether or not there are going to be some surprises that shift the series yet again. We are also almost equally curious to see the season 2 premiere ratings come in.
