‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 6, episode 6 preview: Shay Mitchell’s Emily front and center for ‘No Stone Unturned’
“Pretty Little Liars” Tuesday night brought a wide array of surprises to the fold, with perhaps the biggest one being that Lesli Stone was also a resident of Radley Sanitarium at one point. This certainly allows her to be high on the suspect list, largely due to the fact that she has a history presumably with Mona, Charles, and also Bethany Young. In other words, she is tied to everyone, and yet we know so little still about her.
At the end of tonight’s episode, the Liars decided that they would team up in bold fashion to try to take this character down, and that will be at the center of next week’s fittingly-named “No Stone Unturned.” Now that they have a suspect, they can actually team up and put a plan into action. The synopsis below suggests some of this, but also a few surprises coming our way via Emily and Spencer:
“With all signs pointing to Lesli as the tormentor in the hoodie, the PLLs are on a mission to get concrete proof before bringing their findings to the police. But as the girls ramp up their investigation, “A’s” threats escalate.
“Meanwhile, a friend of Emily’s makes her a surprising offer, and Spencer is pressured by her family to make an important decision.”
Before we close this preview off, a quick programming note: There is no new episode airing next week. For some reason, ABC Family is either afraid still of the Fourth of July holiday or something else. Prepare for the series to return come Tuesday, July 14 … and we will be more than halfway through the summer half of the season.
