Is ‘Finding Carter’ season 2, episode 13 new tonight on MTV?

Last week on “Finding Carter,” the series dropped what has to be one of its biggest emotional bombshells to date: Lori and David are the parents to another child in Ben Wallace, and his presence could completely change everything when it comes to her attempts to score custody of Carter once again. It’s a complicated case, and a difficult one that threatens to tear everyone apart.

Unfortunately, you are going to be waiting at least another three-plus months to see it, since the show is not returning in October. You can rejoice in the fact that MTV chose to give this show a massive 24-episode order for its second season, but that does mean that you have a long period of time in which you are stuck waiting to see what happens next.

One way or another, we would like to see the show in the second half of the season get away from its central struggle with Lori. We understand that she is the primary villain, but at the same time how much more of a story is there to tell with her? Also, Carter will be turning 18 soon enough, and at that point she is not going to be able to really hold control over her in the same way that she once did.

It is a great thing for the show to have this struggle now about how much Lori that we seen, given that it shows that in between Max, Taylor, Crash, and the other characters, it is giving you so much that you do not necessarily need any one thing to survive.
