‘The Bachelor’ rankings: Are Ben Zorn, Josh Murray, Ben Higgins among current favorites?
Since we are now near the end of Kaitlyn Bristowe’s season of “The Bachelorette,” this is the time when we start to speculate a little bit as to who could be “The Bachelor.” We know that ABC is already starting to consider some potential candidates, and maybe someone below will be the one to hand out roses when the show premieres at some point early next year.
One thing that we should make very clear at the moment here is that the list below is spoiler-free. Therefore, you can read with confident that nothing is going to be ruined for you. We’re just speculating based on fan reaction and overall edit on this season.
6. Nick Viall – Just kidding. Not going to happen.
5. Josh Murray – We’ve seen his name all over Twitter as a contender, but was he really that memorable that you would pick him over someone that is currently on this season? We see the producers having that debate.
4. Chris Strandburg – Chris the dentist could be interesting, mostly because he is so upbeat and he has a job that is easy to play up on the show. We’re just not sure we have seen enough of his narrative just yet.
3. Ben Higgins – He’s not the typical Bachelor in that he seems like a little more of an everyman, but isn’t what the show needs from time to time? Ben has a good sense of humor, and he’s also smart and would challenge his contenders.
2. Shawn Booth – He’s a favorite to win this season, but if he doesn’t all the Ryan Gosling comparisons are probably helping him get close to making this sort of promotion actually happen. Keep watch on Shawn as a potential contender for a while.
1. Ben Zorn – Maybe this is an outside choice for some, but we don’t feel like Ben is a favorite for Kaitlyn. However, he is a sensitive guy who has the muscle mass that ABC loves in their leading men. Why wouldn’t producers at least consider him strongly?
