‘Girl Meets World’ season 2 spoilers: The run of July episodes ahead
When we discussed this past episode of “Girl Meets World” featuring the return of the Angela character to the mix, we commented in there that it would be a little bit of a wait until the next new episode comes on the air. Specifically, we know that it will will not be back until we make it to July 10 and the episode entitled “Girl Meets Mr. Squirrels Goes to Washington,” which is going to give you an opportunity to have a specific Eric Matthews story. Who doesn’t love a chance to see those?
What we can also tell you now schedule-wise is that there are two other season 2 episodes coming up, as well, during this month. We’ve got the episode “Girl Meets the New Teacher” (which has a pretty self-explanatory title) coming on July 17, and then following that there is another one coming in “Girl Meets Fish” on July 24.
What makes “Girl Meets Fish” fascinating as an episode is that while it was filmed as a season 1 installment, it is not actually airing until this season and will technically be counted as season 2. This is far from an anomaly when you look at TV as a whole. “Bones” and even “Seinfeld” are good examples of shows who end up airing some episodes a little bit out of whack from where they were filmed, and there are a variety of reasons for that. Sometimes they don’t fit with a schedule or story arc, or sometimes they are being used to stock up for another season.
Regardless, these are two more episodes that you can mark on your calendar, and there are more in season 2 beyond that.
