‘Empire’ season 2: Taraji P. Henson hospitalized, but doing fine
There’s little question that Taraji P. Henson has had a pretty incredible year from start to finish. Her already-great career took off to another level thanks to “Empire,” and she followed that up with getting to host “Saturday Night Live” and also co-hosting the Guys Choice Awards on Spike. In the end, she has seen her stock rise to the upper echelon of celebrities, let along people on TV.
So is it really a surprise that she would eventually suffer from a little bit of exhaustion? We do not think so, which is why we are far from stunned to see her sporting an IV in a new photo that was posted on her Instagram account. In addition to having this, she also added a caption that made it fairly clear that this was the time that she really needed to take care of herself first and foremost:
“God has a way of saying “you’re doing too much!” “SAT DOWN SOMEWHERE”. I’m listening Father!!! I am taking several seats!!! Don’t worry y’all I’m a tough cookie! HA! I will be just fine. My momma and best friends are flying in to check on me. I AM FINE!!!!!!! Just need to SAT ALL THE WAY DOWN for a bit.”
There is no reason to worry for now about Henson’s health, given that she will surely be ready to go for filming of “Empire” season 2 later this year. Given that we are getting a larger chunk of episodes for the upcoming second season, you better believe that this will be a more eventful batch of stories than ever.
