‘Teen Wolf’ season 5: Tyler Posey on new addition Cody Christian

The fifth season of “Teen Wolf” will be premiering on MTV come Monday, June 29, and there are going to be a variety of characters new and old in the spotlight. In the case of the former, we are looking squarely at a man by the name of Theo. He’s a “lone wolf” both literally and metaphorically, and it may take some time for the character (played by “Pretty Little Liars” actor Cody Christian) to start to fit in more and more with the rest of the world.

While it cannot always been easy to be the new guy on set, it looks already a little like everyone at “Teen Wolf” has worked hard to make him feel comfortable. Then again, it is probably easy to do that when you bring a whole lot of talent to the table. Speaking per People Magazine at the ATX Television Festival in Austin recently, Tyler Posey had the following to say:

“He’s a phenomenal actor, he’s really passionate about his work …He really loves being on set and is always asking questions about shots and setups, what size lens they’re using. He fits in so well on set.

“… He’s such an incredible actor and has a great storyline. It’s cool, because I think he influenced the storyline a little bit. I don’t know how in depth his character was before we started filming, but his character is in every episode. Some of us aren’t in every episode! He’s just so good. I could talk about Cody Christian for hours.”

As for what the specific story for this and other characters will be, your guess is ultimately as good as ours! MTV has done a very good job with being coy when it comes to the story for the new season, save for that it will be perhaps even darker than the majority of what you have seen to date.
