‘Silicon Valley’ season 2 finale spoilers: ‘Two Days of the Condor’
Tonight, “Silicon Valley” presented to us a case of bad news and even worse news on HBO. The bad news was strictly the matter that Richard’s time at Pied Piper may now be over, and it is all courtesy of Erlich making a major mistake while on the witness stand after being completely riled up. From there, the worse news took place when it looked like Jared’s live-scream camera over the condor exhibit caused a guy to suffer a pretty nasty fall.
Well, one thing to consider here now is that this guy actually still seems to be alive! Not only that, but this bizarre circumstance may actually be what could end up getting the company on the map after so many near-misses. “Two Days of the Condor” is the title for the finale airing next week, and you can see the official synopsis below:
“As the guys await the verdict on Pied Piper’s fate, an unexpected real-life drama draws a spike in traffic to their livestream and leaves them fighting to hold things together – literally. While Erlich considers his future, Richard scrambles to save Pied Piper’s.”
The show most likely felt confident about its renewal hopes long ago, so we imagine that this will be a stepping stone to something new and hopefully something greater. While we do enjoy watching Richard and company as they struggle in the tech industry, we are still curious what would happen in the event that they ever do start to fall into money. Would they be like Russ, the late Peter Gregory, or someone else entirely?

I think the condor guy is going to be their saving grace. As he and the camera is still alive, the rescue mission (I’m assuming there will be one) will be streamed live and that will make up for the homicide-intersite-russhanneman catastrophe.
