‘Falling Skies’ season 5 spoilers: First look at premiere episode

In just a matter of three weeks, the new season of “Falling Skies” is set to premiere on TNT! This could be an electric, exciting final season of the TNT drama … or at least we certainly hope that it is. There is still a heck of a lot of storytelling that needs to be tied up, and that is without even really thinking about just what in the world they plan on doing to Tom. Noah Wyle’s character was more or less sent into orbit at the end of the fourth season, and it was not entirely just what is going to happen with him.

Now, we come bearing some of the first details about the show’s June 28 premiere, but not so much that we are going to find out when or if Tom will be reunited with the rest of the 2nd Mass. However, it does at least tell us that someone could be involved in whatever happens to him moving forward .. and it is someone reasonably familiar.

According to a report from SpoilerTV, “Find Your Warrior” is the somewhat-philosophical title for the episode, and the short synopsis is as follows:

“Tom’s life hangs in the balance as his beamer drifts into space; Tom encounters a surprising guest.”

So clearly, this is going to be an episode that is very much Tom-centric. We imagine that in due time, we’ll learn a little bit more about some of the other notable names taking part in the story … but we will have to wait and see to a certain extent on that.
