’19 Kids and Counting’: Read Jim Bob, Michelle Duggar’s statement on Fox News interview

19 Kids and Counting -We are currently not exactly at a time when there is much in the way of news breaking, but at the same time there continues to be so much media scrutiny and discussion revolving around “19 Kids and Counting” over what Josh Duggar did to many minors when he was a teenager more than a decade ago. Granted, we do also feel at the same time like TLC has also added to this by not deciding one way or another what they should do with the show. We’ve personally said that cancellation is the most likely scenario and will probably be where we go with this story; we’re just surprised that we have not made it to this point already.

The big news that came out earlier today for the family was that parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar were planning to speaking with Megyn Kelly of Fox News for their first interview, and they have now posted a statement about it further on their official website:

Next week we will sit down with Megyn Kelly on Fox News to share our hearts with you about the pain that we walked through as a family twelve years ago, the tears we all shed and the forgiveness that was given. We appreciate the outpouring of love and prayers for our family at this time.”

We don’t really expect any opinions to change through this interview, or for it to really prove to be an influence into what TLC decides to do at all. They’ve already lost sponsors with the show, and have to do what will be in their own best interest.
