‘Britain’s Got Talent’ wild card spoilers: Boyband, Revelation Avenue get another change
Sunday night’s “Britain’s Got Talent” final is going to be stuffed even more than usual, since there is one surprise that came at the end of the show that was a surprise to us and most likely everyone else: There will be two wild card acts! In addition to the judges choosing one act, the public had an opportunity to vote on one act to also join the ten who have advanced already to Sunday’s grand final.
Here are the nominees: Dance crews IMD Legion and Boyband, singer Henry Gallagher, vocal group Revelation Avenue, and karate performer Jessie-Jane McParland. Due to the timing of the vote, we’d say that Jessie-Jane may actually be the favorite, given that fans upset over her not going through may start voting for her immediately. While we’d personally probably vote for Boyband when it comes to being the right combination of entertainment and fun, we wouldn’t fault anymore for the vote. Most of these acts have a slim chance of winning, and at least Jessie-Jane would offer up more variety in the final.
As for who the judges will pick, we have a hard time imagining the final without Revelation Avenue in it. We still also feel like they could have a shot depending on where they are placed in the show, given how talented they are. We’re going to rank the ten remaining contenders for the title a little later in the day, and we’ll have a chance to really start to share a wide array of our thoughts.
Sunday’s episode will most likely be a ratings monster for ITV, and while you wait for that, be sure to head over here to see our take on the results from this past episode!
