‘Silicon Valley’ season 2, episode 7 preview: Pied Piper vs. EndFrame
This past episode of “Silicon Valley” was all sorts of genius. The entire story revolving around Dinesh and Gilfoyle’s debate over whether or not Blaine should be allowed to die was hysterical, and let’s face it: It’s probably fairly realistic to what some actual people have done. This is a show that is unafraid to do these crazy storylines, and they never come across as fake or forced.
Next week, we’re going to get into an episode that primarily focuses on a something else: EndFrame. This is the company that seemingly ripped off their technology and then used it for the live stream at the end of this past installment. Pied Piper has to face the possibility now that they’ve lost in the tech arms race to market, and merging somewhere may be the only option for them … or so it seems on the surface.
Take a look at the synopsis below to get a few other details on what to expect:
“The team fields job offers and Russ is distracted by financial news, but Richard realizes Pied Piper could fold if it doesn’t merge with a hated rival. Meanwhile, Dinesh tries to woo a woman online; and Gavin looks on the bright side of Nucleus’ failure.”
The best part of the promo below is simply Dinesh’s fear that he and the rest of the team may be getting into a fistfight with EndFrame over what happened. As for the team getting involved in a certain adult industry to help save their business, we’re honestly surprised that has not been explored until now.
