‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 6: Lucy Hale promises answers to many questions

We are getting closer and closer to the month of June, and that is certainly great news when it comes to “Pretty Little Liars.” The show is almost back on the air! You will be seeing new episodes begin early next month, and the start of season 6 is firmly going to be about giving you some information in regards to Charles. Who is he, and what does he want? You will at least find out something further soon.

Lucy Hale spoke out recently in a new interview with Seventeen previewing some of what you can expect to see on the coming season, and she explained that while the Charles reveal will lead to some other details coming out, you are probably still going to have to wait a little while longer before you really start to get a sense as to everything that is truly going on:

“You will get some answers. You get more insight into who this Charles person is. But you know, it’s the nature of the show that once we answer some questions, there are a million more. So it’s like a continuous thing. We still have a year and a half of the show left, so you guys have got to hang in there to the end.”

We should make it pretty clear here that we do personally feel like Charles has been set up as a fairly compelling villain, at least so long as this isn’t some sort of code. We like the idea that he is not just someone in the Liars’ lives who has been perpetually deceiving them in some way. We’ve already had to deal with the idea of maybe Toby or Ezra being a possible member of Team Evil.
