‘Shark Tank’ finale review: Sway Motorsports, Spikeball, Gato Cafe, and Shark Wheel

The latest -Tonight, “Shark Tank” is ending for the spring, and given how addicted we are to this show, can you really be that surprised that we have some great products featured over the course of the hour? This is a show that wants to go out with some of the coolest products that we’ve had to see all season.

Given that the guest shark for the night was GoPro’s own Nick Woodman, don’t be that surprised that there are a variety of different companies tonight that feature either extreme sports of products that could actually utilize his innovation … for the most part. We’re not quite sure that you need a GoPro in the event you are attending a cat cafe. As per usual with these reviews, you can click on the link below to be directed to each product’s official website.

Shark Wheel – Are these a big improvement over a regular wheel? These guys claim that this will allow for better performance and grip in a variety of different terrain. We dig it! We have no clue yet whether or not it works in a variety of different implementations, but everything suggests that it will. The fact that they got Nick, Mark Cuban, and Kevin O’Leary all interested here should be proof itself that this is something that could be going places, and expand far beyond skateboard wheels.

Gato Cafe – You can have a coffee or a tea … while also surrounded by cats. It’s a little bit crazy, but who knows? This actually is a concept that is spreading around the world right now, and there is some money to be made with it. The problem here is a simple one: This was just a concept! There was no benefit for the sharks to give someone else money when they can just do it themselves.

Sway Motorsports – Another innovation that takes to the road. We’ve already seen a number of different electric vehicles these days. We were really impressed with this presentation, and the idea of this three-wheeled innovation as well. He got close to bordering on desperation when all the sharks were out, but then he made some good points countering their compliments and got Mark to come back in with a good deal.

Spikeball – A fun new game to play, but can you really educate people on this? The challenge is that you have to convince people to give this a try! It does look fun and athletic, and it can be played just about anywhere. The problem is that the valuation was somewhat out of control, and nobody really wanted to bite on what he thought the business was worth. It was a good, tense negotiation with Daymond John, but one that worked in his favor.
