‘Switched at Birth’ season 4, ‘Chasing Life’ season 2 return dates revealed

ABC Family finally is lifting the veil on their remaining premiere dates, and for those of you who felt disappointed about the lack of no “Switched at Birth” or “Chasing Life” alongside the announcements for “Pretty Little Liars” and other shows, this should at least serve as some sort of relief.

Let’s begin here with “Switched at Birth,” which has already aired the first half of its fourth season that included everything from Bay being assaulted to also a devastating situation between her and Emmett. The new season will premiere on Monday, August 24 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time, which to us means that the show is waiting until “The Fosters” wraps up the first half of its third season before coming back home with new episodes.

Meanwhile, the network also confirmed that the second season of “Chasing Life” will be premiering come August 17 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time, which marks your chance to catch up on what the latest is for April and her battle to stay upbeat while also facing impossible challenges.

While these shows are still so far out that it is hard to necessarily share much in the way of concrete scoop for either one of them, we do at least still have a feeling that they will contain a variety of surprising and emotional storylines that should prove to be pretty challenging, both for people watching the shows and for also those taking part in them. As per usual, we will share some of that scoop as it starts to come out.
