‘The Flash’ episode 23 (finale) spoilers: ‘Fast Enough,’ and Barry Allen’s choice

The FlashTonight’s new episode of “The Flash” marks the end of the season, and this will be the showdown of the ages between Harrison Wells and Barry Allen. It is very well possible that the former could be written out of the show depending on how things go. “Fast Enough” is the title for this installment, and that touches on some quotes that were stated all the way back to the pilot of the show.

The CW has already released the official synopsis for this episode, but if you have not seen it just yet, head over here to the the official scoop. Let’s just say that Ronnie Raymond and Martin Stein a.k.a. Firestorm are going to be doing whatever they can to also ensure that nothing terrible happens to Central City:

“Wells (Tom Cavanagh) presents Barry (Grant Gustin) with a life changing choice. Dr. Martin Stein (Guest Star Victor Garber) and Ronnie Raymond (Guest Star Robbie Amell) return to help The S.T.A.R. Labs Team with this final fight.”

By the end of the episode, we expect something that will be both a fitting conclusion to this season, but then also at the same time a great introduction to what is going to be coming up next. Season 2 was ordered a long time ago, and with that, the show’s producers have been able to spend a whole lot of time trying to figure out just who they want to include and where they want the series to go.
