‘Mad Men’ season 7, episode 12 podcast: On ‘Lost Horizon,’ Don Draper’s latest ‘journey’ with Jessa

It’s hard thing to imagine there being only two episodes left of “Mad Men,” given mostly that there are so many stories left to tell and players left to be an integral part of the story. Yet, here we are now preparing for what should be a stellar conclusion to a stellar show.

One other thing that we know at the moment is that “Lost Horizon” last week was also all sorts of stellar from start to finish, whether you are talking about Don Draper’s latest booze-free bender to find himself or the extremely difficult story where we learned a thing or two more about Joan’s current state of mind. It’s a difficult one, but it serves as yet another reminder of where we are, and how this show could potentially end up concluding where not everyone is going to get all they want.

As a whole, though “Lost Horizon” paves the way for some great stuff to come, and while the CarterMatt Podcast we have for it is a little late, it is short enough that you can digest most of it in a half-hour and then prepare further for the news of the day. We know this is a busy time for TV fans!
